Automatic Syphon Making Machine
JDCY automatic syphon making machine, a kind of fully automatic dinking straw making machine, is primarily used for producing various flexible beverage straws. After manually fed the raw materials, our syphon making machines will automatically finish the entire production, from material-conveying to finished product collection.
Working processFirstly, feed PP straight drinking straws to the top-hopper of our syphon making machine, and then two mechanical clamps will send them one by one into the drum.
Then along with drum-rotary, two rotary-dies will impress on straight straws to produce indentations.
Finally, the mechanical clamps will finish the final step, to produce folds. Thus the production of syphon is finished.
The main drum is able to carry 12 straws successively, thus enabling our automatic syphon making machine to operate continuously. As a result, the production capacity is highly improved.
