WaJuFo polypropylene granules (PP granules) are typically used to create high grade meltblown nonwoven materials, they are characterized by good fluidity, low odor and less impurities. PP granules can be used in meltblown spinning process for manufacturing high quality meltblown nonwoven with multiple features of low break rate of filaments and high strength, as well as low energy consumption during manufacturing process.

Our PP granules can be made into meltblown filtering layer (middle layer) for various face masks, such as disposable medical masks, N95/N99 respirator masks, dust masks, and protective clothing as well.

These PP granules need to be stored in a cool and dry place where is well-ventilated, and should be protected from light and moisture during transportation.
