Sand Reclaimer
Sand Processing System
The WS series fine sand reclaimer is used for the efficient recycling of washed out fine grain sand (particles under 0.16mm) during the sand making process. The fine sand recovery machine separates water-silt mixtures and sand-making waste. The maximum recovery capacity is up to 260 m3/h. The 2WS-12-350 is a factory assembled and tested unit. It is designed to fit new and existing facilities and is up to date on local, state, and national environmental requirements for sand processing. Fine sand reclaimers can be applied to hydropower station aggregates processing systems, raw glass materials processing systems, sand-making production lines, coal separation plants, and environmental engineering.
1. A polyurethane screen is adopted by the fine sand reclaimer to provide longer service life and prevent the plugging of holes.
2. Polyurethane lining installed in the hydrocyclone can withstand thick slurry rotation.
3. Max. sand recovery rates can reach 85% of the overall discharge amount
4. Full recovery of small grains reduces the workload of the sedimentation tank and its cleaning cost.
