CQUY60HD Hydraulic Crawler Crane
The CQUY60HD is a selection of multifunctional hydraulic crane. With additional connection interface for drilling devices based on the 55 ton crawler crane, the machine not only has all functions of a common hydraulic crawler crane, but also can be installed with rammer, drill pipe and other devices to complete the task of pile driving equipment.
The mobile crane is widely used in construction and foundation construction fields, in addition to common applications in transportation industry, ports, energy and water conservancy projects, and material lifting field.

Design Features of the Hydraulic Crawler Crane
1. Using the domestic well-known high power engine, the lattice boom crawler crane is able to meet the demands under heavy duty working environment.
2. Due to the connection interface for drilling rig, the hydraulic crawler crane can be additionally installed with devices such as the rammer, drill pipe, etc., thus providing more functions.
3. Welded from high strength steel pipe and based on advanced welding technology, the main structural tube of boom frame comes with high safety coefficient and load bearing capacity.
4. The main and auxiliary winches adopt the flange mounted, closed style friction clutch and can realize resistance-free operation. As compared with conventional invisible clutch design, the adoption of friction clutch ensures smaller resistance, less heat generation, larger acceleration, etc. Due to the special drum brake design, the winch system of the hydraulic crawler crane supports convenient speed control and offers much better brake performance.
5. The design of five-pump system, full hydraulic proportional control, guide bar, etc. makes sure the hydraulic crane is easy and convenient for operation.
