1. We make both drum and ceiling types of marine roller shutters. Both of these roll up doors can be designed and manufactured according to customer requirements. When closed, they easily withstand the hose test.
2. A drum roller shutter is used for ROV storerooms, and a ceiling roller shutter is used for aircraft hangars and work boat storerooms.
3. Both power and emergency manual operations are available; status of the electric roller shutter is monitored and shown.
4. Shutter sheets are made of aluminum alloy profile; connection parts are sealed with gaskets; guides are made of stainless steel or carbon steel; inner structure is also sealed; gaskets are neoprene. The shutter door effectively withstands the hose test without leaking.
5. Electronic components of our marine roller shutter are from ABB, Schneider Electric or Siemens.
