Technical Characteristics of the Hydraulic Crawler Crane
1. With its own lifting system, the mobile crane can realize dismantling of its track, counterweight and boom. It features convenient transportation and short installation time to save users' time efficiently.
2. The hydraulic crawler crane is powered by imported Cummins engine which meets Euro III emission standard. This ensures great energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
3. Key components such as the main pump, motor, reducer, etc. are acquired from Germany Rexroth, which makes sure all of them have high reliability.
4. The boom frame is welded from imported steel pipes. Its light weigh, high rigidity and good load bearing capacity provide the hydraulic crane with better adaptability to varied working conditions.
5. In addition to high performance moment limiter, the hydraulic crawler crane is also installed with the camera, anemometer, levelness monitoring system, and winch monitoring system to display and monitor working status timely. Other safety installations such as the rotary locking device for turntable, tilting prevention device for boom, over-winding prevention device for winch, equipment breaking-up prevention device, etc. are available as well to ensure the safety and reliability of the lattice boom crawler crane.
6. While providing crawler crane operators with wide viewing angle, the cab is configured with a high-grade seat, air conditioning system and the DVD system to ensure comfortable operation.
7. The crane boom is a combination of the main boom, auxiliary boom, fixed auxiliary boom, and the tower auxiliary boom.
