Features- This plastic sheet extruder is composed of an extruder, a calender, a winder, and an electric control cabinet.
- High quality nitrogen treated alloy steel (38CrMoAlA) is adopted to make screws and cylinders to ensure perfect hardness, anti-corrosion and long service time etc.
- In order to ensure uniform thickness and smooth surface of sheets, the flow channel in die head is designed in coat-hanger style.
- Water cycle cooling guarantees a good cooling effect.
- The mesh changer and the cylinder are controlled separately.
- Our plastic sheet extruding machines are CE certified.
