The rim flare press is ideal for the expansion and sizing of rims after roll forming. The accurate expansion allows the formed rim diameter to meet product design requirements.

Features

An integral frame structure gives the equipment a strong rigidity and ensures the processing accuracy.
Dual power active expanding mode: allows both sides of the rim to be expanded and adjusted separately, offering an easy usage.
The main sliding block moves on a linear guideway, ensuring a high accuracy and stable operation.
The dies are attached to the main sliding block in order to effectively prevent downward movement, and thus, prevent abnormal workpieces.
The easy to disassemble structure allows the dies to be lifted out as a whole for changing, ensuring an easy, time saving operation.
The expanding die uses a 12-pyramid structure with a bevel guiding, offering a long service life and high running accuracy.
The hydraulic drive ensures there is no pollution, no toxic gas release, and a stable operation.
The automatic loading and unloading device is optional.
