Metering Pump (with Built-in Cooling System)
DEPAMU's specialty engineered series of diaphragm metering pump or plunger pump features an extended pump body that allows both suction and discharge pipelines to be shortened thereby reducing the time needed for the process liquid to pass through the pipes. Thus, less sediment is expected along the pipeline which improves the pumping performance.
Designed primarily for handling high temperature, viscous or hazardous chemicals, the metering pump uses either diaphragms or a plunger to enable high-accuracy chemical dosing and metering tasks. Upon request, a cooling system can be installed between the one-way valve and the pump head to bring down the high media temperature that might otherwise damage the pump body and transmission parts.
