The FS float shoe comes with recyclableextension tubes, and its shell is made of 35CrMo structural alloy steel. Thefloat shoe suits vertical wells, highly deviated wells, horizontal wells, with resistanceto high back-pressure of 35Mpa. .
Thevalve provides stable performance and large pressure-bearing capacity. The coreis made of drillable materials. When the casing pipe goes smoothly into well, thepipe can be filled with mud at the same time to reduce the back-pressure thusavoiding back flow.
Aftermud circulation, the valve of float shoe only serves as one-way valve thatopens in forward direction and closes in the opposite direction of flow.
The floatshoe should be used together with float collar. The float shoe is usually fixedat the bottom of casing pipes, with 1-2 casing pipes connected in between.
