ESD Antistatic Crate / Antistatic Tray
Description
The ESD antistatic crate uses polypropylene (PP) as the base material, as well as an added conductive medium such as carbon power, carbon crystal, or a carbon fiber rod, depending on the static requirements. This ensures an exceptional physical performance of the conducting current. When the surface resistance is below 109Ω/square centimeter, it can be divided into two kinds: antistatic (105-106) and conductive (≤104). This antistatic tray is mainly used in the turnover, packaging, storage and transportation of electronic components, as well as the production of products with antistatic requirements.
The antistatic crate components include:
Injection molding antistatic crate, hollow sheet crate parts box, revolving tray, PCB board loader.
Colors:
Blue, black, green, yellow, milky white, transparent, snowy white, and custom based on client requirements.
Attention:
The antistatic crate with the addition of carbon power can be used in nearly any standard environment. If used in a clean room, the carbon fiber rod must be used as it is not easy to remove carbon power. If used in anti-static equipment such as tweezers, the carbon crystal particle will increase the service life.

Features:
The antistatic crate can effectively release accumulated charge on an object's surface in order to ensure that more charge accumulation and a high potential difference will not occur. This crate is tough, wear resistant, and corrosion resistant and has an outstanding heat insulation.
