Horizontal Oil Fuel Hot Air Furnace
Description:
ZRL/JRL Series Horizontal Oil Fuel Hot Air Furnace integrates combustion and heat exchange in one body,and is a hot air heating device with high efficiency (its thermal efficiency may be 60~75%). The output hot air temperature will be 300℃. For special design, the temperature may reach 500℃. Flue gas and air has their own pass, so the air through the heat-exchanger is clean hot air, and it can be equipped with different dryers.
Work Principle:
Fuel burns by burner to generate high temperature air. The heat from high temperature gas will be conducted to fresh air which is to be heated by heat-exchanger. The high temperature gas will decrease to below 250 Degrees after radiating and then exhausted to air. Fresh air to be heated will be fed into hot air furnace by blower, and air temperature will will rise to set value, them comes out from hot air outlet. When hot air temperature reaches the ceiling temperature, burner will stop automatically or turn into firing with soft fire, but when hot air temperature reaches floor temperature, the burner will rework and turn into big fire, speed for temperature rise can be adjusted by the inlet air valve.
