• The man-machine interface (touch screen) and imported PLC ensure effective operation and control of Deguang high speed verifying-rerolling slitting machine.
• The unwinding transmission is governed by a variable frequency vector motor, and PLC can automatically calculate the unwinding diameter, which can achieve constant unwinding tension control.
• The traction transmission adopts variable frequency vector motor to realize constant linear speed control.
• The winding transmission consists of variable frequency vector motor and floating roller system. The PLC can automatically calculate the winding diameter, which helps control the winding tension taper. The use of the floating roller to control tension can achieve zero-tension winding, thereby solving the problem of material stretching and inverse sticking of printing pattern.
• The machine is equipped with an auto stroboscope in order to observe the printing patterns. If any printing defects are detected you can press on the button to automatically shut down and return back to the defect point.
• The verifying-rerolling and slitting machine offers the functions of meter counting, roll diameter calculation, as well as minimum unwinding roll diameter protection, maximum rewinding roll diameter protection. Protection against shortage of material is also available.
• The rewinding and unwinding device adopts non-shaft core (air shaft feeding), feeding materials through clipping closely by a thread rod. Adjusting of width is done electrically.
• The edge correcting device is static, with the movement travel being 120mm.
• Slitting device is available.
