Concrete Mixer Truck
As a reliable piece of construction equipment, our concrete mixing truck features a large diameter inlet/outlet, fast material filling and discharge speeds, a flexible electro-mechanical control system, a large load capacity, is extremely stable, and has a long gear reducer service life. It is used for both concrete mixing and conveying.
Technical information of the concrete mixer truck
1. A water tank with a high volume guarantees there is sufficient water for mixing the concrete.
2. With the use of a fixed-quantity water meter, workers can set the water levels according to the concrete's formula and shut off the valve when the water reaches the expected level.
3. The truck comes equipped with a concealed feeding hopper. This increases the effective barrel volume, and reduces the levels of pollution, material feeding time, mixing time and transportation time.
4. The discharge chute for the concrete mixing vehicle can rotate 90° to the right side of the truck, which increases the discharge height and rear space on the truck. The lifting of the discharge chute is powered by a hydraulic cylinder, which effectively lowers labor efforts.
5. A detachable ladder is streamlined and shaped in relation to the human body, making it safe and convenient to use.
6. Two control panels are available on the transit mixer. You can operate the sealing device of the feeding hopper and the discharge chute from either the cab, or the left-back side of the truck. The control system can set the mixing duration according to the barrel speed, and alert the operator to discharge the concrete when time is up.
