Benchtop Bioreactor, WAVE Series
This benchtop bioreactor is a wave-mixed bioreactor featuring sterilized cell culture bags and rocking platform. It is capable of automatic monitoring and controlling of temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen (DO) and pressure to realizing automatic cell cultivation process. Load cells automatically control the weight of culture solution.
The wave-mixed single-use bioreactors are suitable for continuous perfusion of T cells, expression of monoclonal antibody in CHO cells, transient transfection of 293 cells/S2 cells, adenovirus production, PER C6 cells and microcarriers (Vero, MDCK) cell cultivation, virus cultivation, stem cell cultivation, bacterial fermentation and microbial fermentation.
