Production process
1. The R&D team develops new products according to customer needs, and will develop and custom various mechanical parts.
2. Mold making: CAD design, CAM, UG, SOLIDWORKS modeling, CNC processing.
The mold is made of die steel, which ensures the product precision and efficient performance for fatigue resistance and wear resistance, thus ensuring high quality forged products.
3. After the heating, open die forging, sheet stamping, die cutting and rectification, the foot peg forgings are molded, then finished through a heating and machining process.
