The LJ400 continuous rotary extrusion line is mainly utilized to extrude aluminum busbar and aluminum strip products with unlimited length. It offers an average production efficiency of 500kg per hour.
Adopting continuous rotary extrusion equipment as the main unit, the aluminum strip production line enables the feedstock to achieve creep deformation by making use of the heat generated during continuous extrusion process. This also provides extruded aluminum products with characteristics such as uniform density, smooth surface and edges, as well as great compatibility with deep processing.
By changing the extrusion die, the continuous rotary extrusion line can be used to extrude aluminum strips including busbars with width between 20 and 160mm. It is especially designed with a special cooling system to extend the service life of the extrusion die, which also assists users in reducing production and maintenance cost.
