Tower Type Gangway with Jib Crane
CCLPEC CL4 tower type gangway mainly consists of bulwark ladder, tower structure, lifting mechanism, hydraulic system and electrical control system. The bulwark ladder moves vertically along the tower structure by means of the lifting mechanism, allowing operators to access a wide range of deck heights. After reaching the working deck level, the front ladder will be placed on the deck. This tower type gangway is applicable to large ships with loading capacity of over 50,000 DWT.
Gangway main body, wireless remote control, ground operation control, electrical control system, hydraulic system, lighting system, piping and wiring, embedded parts of foundation, supporting tools and spare parts. Optional configurations include fire-fighting platform, monitoring room, jib crane, etc.
- Tower type gangway with jib crane is able to accomplish oil hose lifting operation. As the gangway is an important equipment to be used at jetties, CCLPEC has designed its steel structure from the perspective of safety, reliability and flexibility.
- The design of the gangway is carried out on the basis of comprehensive consideration of ship type, jetty structure, meteorological and hydrological conditions, earthquake level and all stresses on jetties, ensuring a safe operation.

- The tower structure and connecting sections are made of seamless square steel tubing by welding process, it aims to further prevent salt fog corrosion in marine environment. The surface treatment process and corrosion resistance coating can be submitted to the customer for approval.
