Embroidery Backing Paper Making Machine
I. Operation Procedure
1. Start the embroidery backing paper making machine as follows, Cylinder, tooth roller, section fansoften machine, dryer and slash box. Please note that the carding machine should be kept running for half an hour after turning off all other machine.
2. Before setting up the line, put the evenly blended pulp into slash box for finishing machine. Set the finishing roller pressure and keep an eye on the web. The first team pressure should be 3MPa while the second and the third teams should be 3.5MPa. All things are ready for the production.
3. The cotton is first fed into feeder by worker, then it goes through soften machine, iron catcher, later on into cotton basket by suction fan. After the process of the carding machine, web-former and web-dryer, the web comes into being. It is conducted to slash box by worker, then flattened and dried by dryer. After all these steps, we get the final product.
