Features
- Combining a heating, cooling, and heating medium circulation device as well as a temperature controller, the 180℃ oil temperature control unit features a compact design to save space.
- The oil temperature controller achieves a working temperature up to 180℃.
- The microprocessor-based control system provides numerous functions, including timing startup and shutdown as well as alarms. A PID control mode and contactless solid-state relay (SSR) heating method are both used to achieve precise temperature control and extended service life. The temperature is set and displayed in digital form and a standard timer is equipped (up to 99 hours and 59 minutes settable)
- Alarm signals can be sent to the injection molding machine, which will automatically stop after receiving an alarm signal in order to prevent material waste.
- The main power switch features different safety functions, including phase loss, overload, current unbalance and current leakage protection. If the SSR is damaged or shorted, the main power switch will automatically trip to protect the heater.
- The high-pressure and large-flow oil pump features an excellent resistance to corrosion, rust, and contamination, and with its excellent durability, is widely used for maintaining a consistent mold temperature and improving overall molding stability.
