The majority of fenders are air filled vinyl cushions that hang on a fender line on a dock or a boat and provide padding between the hull of the boat and the dock or other object. Without fenders, when the dock and the boat make contact, the boat's surface becomes damaged over time, resulting in costly repairs. Boat fenders protect the boat's surface from scrapes, scratches, gouges and more damages. Our dock fenders are made of rubber.

Features of the Rubber Fender
1. Our rubber dock fender has a narrow bottom that is mounted with a single row of bolts, making it suitable for box type docks.
2. The D fender has a moderate reaction force and a higher energy absorption than a cylinder rubber fender.
3. Our dock fenders are easy to install and replace.
4. As a floating rubber fender, this dock bumper fender has an excellent floating performance and is resistance to tidal range impacts. The dock bumper is able to keep itself at the desired water level at all times, making it ideal for docks in a large tidal range.

Fender Chains

    1. We have three types of fender chains available: the mid link chain, short link chain, and long link chain. Most of the marine chains can be custom made according to customer drawings.
    2. Our marine fender chains are hot dip galvanized. The zinc layer thickness is usually at 110µm to make the marine chains able to accommodate highly corrosive marine working environments.

Classifications and Functions of Chains for Fenders
    1. Load Bearing Chain: This type of fender chain is used to bear the weight of fender panels and lessen the sinking of the fender.

    2. Horizontal Chain: The horizontal chain can limit the deflection of the upper fender while the lower part of the fender is under strain.

    3. Clipping Chain: This chain prevents deformation of the fender system, caused by clipping actions.
