This portable resistance tester is primarily used to measure the ground resistance and surface resistance. Its specification is 10 ohms/M -10 ohms/M and the accuracy is ±10%.
Place the resistance tester on the surface of the tested object and press the red button. The related LED light will turn on, indicating if the object is conductive, antistatic or isolated.

Description:
1. This static tester is especially useful for wrist and heal straps in testing the quality of each, respectively.
2. The wrist strap tester has a stable performance, and is applicable to various working conditions with a reasonable circuit layout in order to ensure a stable circuit. It is subject to minimal external interference, and is easy to adjust.
3. The tester has a low voltage indicator, which will automatically sound an alarm when voltage levels are too low.
4. This tester is equipped with an external DC 9V battery. The allowable testing range is 800K≤R≤10MK±5%.
5. This wrist strap tester is widely used for connections to all wired wrist straps that meet ESD standards. Its interface is a banana plug.

The STC-008 hammer-type surface [GF2] resistance tester conducts testing on the surface of objects that are under 10 or 100V. The testing resistivity range is 103-1012 ohms. The RTG/RTT and the resistivity are tested to meet the requirements of ANSI/ESD S20.20 testers in order to better determine the surface resistance and volume resistance.
Using two standard 5-pound electrodes and following ESD S4.1, ANSI ESD7.1 and ANSI EOS/ESD S113.1112 standards, we conducted dual (two) tests with the voltage being 10V and 100V, and have determined it is an ideal portable instrument for site technicians.
