Plastic Zippers
The plastic zipper teeth are made through two steps. The first step is the production of polyester plastic, and adding a color master batch to ensure the plastic is dyed. The next step is pouring the liquid plastic into a molding machine in order to mold plastic teeth under high temperatures and pressure. Plastic zipper production is done with the strict and complicated treatment processes, such as choosing the color tone, drying and molding. Plastic zippers are often used on wind coats, jackets, sports bags, tents, children's clothes and athletic clothes.
Teeth by gauge:plastic zipper teeth come in a variety of gauges, including 3#, 5#, 8#, 10#, and 12#.
