PL1600 Batching System
Description
The PL series concrete batching system enables an automatic and precise batching of sand, stone, and some other aggregates according to a certain ratio which is preset, and transports the mixtures to the mixer. It mainly comprises materials silo, weighing system, feeding system, electrical control system, etc.
Construction
The concrete batching equipment is engineered from high quality and strength steels including Q235, Q345 and 45# steel, among others. Some materials come with hardening, tempering and carburizing treatments which will improve the service life of the concrete machinery.
Features
1. After every production, the concrete dosing system will make dosing report and provide date, time, serial number and real consumption of each kind of material.
2. Batching accuracy will be controlled within 5%.

Descriptions of the Concrete Mixing System
The concrete mixer machine is comprised of mixing system, elevating system, water supply system and electrical control system. Equipped in our simple concrete block production line, it is used to mix the batched materials and produce required concrete for block making process.
Construction
The concrete mixing equipment is constructed from high quality steels including Q235, 40Cr, 45#, cast steel, etc. Some of them come with hardening, tempering, carburizing, chrome plating and other treatments which can dramatically improve the equipment lifespan.
Main Features of the Concrete Mixing System
1. Due to flow valve control, water supply is accurate. Thereby, moisture in the blocks can be precisely ensured and product strength deviation reduced.
2. As a forced action mixer, it can mix the materials quickly and effectively, thus improving productivity.

Configurations
The concrete block making machine mainly consists of material feeding and distributing system, vibrating system, pressing system, hydraulic system and electrical control system.
Main Features of the Block Making Machine
1. Superior Concrete Distributing Unit
New standards for block making have higher requirements for the compressive strength of concrete products (≥10Mpa). So, it is difficult for traditional distribution method to feed materials into the moulds. Our QFT series block making machine is specially equipped with arch breaking device to effectively avoid materials caking and ensure uniform feeding. As a result, strength error of each pallet of blocks is controlled with ±2%.
2. Creative Vibration and Noise Reduction Design
The concrete product solution features centralized electrical control system. Frequency converter or proportional valve is used to adjust the vibration frequency so as to reach the optimal vibration effect and reduce noise.
3. Vibration of Pressing Table and Moulding Box
Since the molding box is specially designed for a suspension type connection, the vibration force from the vibrating press can be effectively transferred to the box, thus ensuring fast vibrating and uniform distributing. When molding, high speed pressing vibration can immediately liquefy the concrete and exhaust air in it, so that high density and high strength can be reached.
4. Effective Vibration Control
Controlled by frequency converter or proportional valve, vibration system of the block making machine realizes low frequency feeding, high frequency molding, and directional vibrating and frequency converting. Residual vibration can be effectively removed when de-molding and braking.
5. Multi Function
The concrete block machine can produce a variety of blocks only by changing of moulds. For example, it can be used to produce all kinds of bearing, non-bearing, decorative, standard and non standard wall brocks as well as various types of pavers.
6. Eco-Friendly and Energy Saving System
The block making machine is able to use some waste materials as raw materials to produce blocks. So, it is quite energy efficient and environmental friendly.

The concrete brick stacker features PLC control. The speed of elevating, lowering, going forward and going backward can be adjusted through the regulator potentiometer on the electrical control panel.
To meet customers' requirements on workshop layouts, Sanlian develops stationary single or double pallet block stackers, mobile single pallet stackers and three pallet stackers.

Bamboo pallets or wooden pallets are used to carry formed blocks out of the block making machine by conveyor. PVC Pallets and Steel pallets are steel available.
Note: Bamboo pallet can not be used for steam curing system.
The wood rack is use to carry the blocks on pallet in the storage yard.
Wheel loader is used to carry raw materials from storage yard to the batching system. It boasts large handling capacity and improves production efficiency.
Forklift handles the finished blocks to storage yard for curing.
