Ultrasonic cleaningmachine is mainly designed to clean the components of car during maintenance,repair, boring and honing processes. Various kinds of components are suitableincluding engine cylinder block and head, crankshaft, piston, connecting rod,tappet, oil pan, filter, gear box, shell, gear parts and turbo charger. Thewashing speed of this machine is 5 times faster than traditional method, andthe cost is only 10% of washing by gasoline. Meanwhile, clean carbondeposit and colloid are applied, and refurbishing effect is realized. Ourcleaning machine can clean the oil channels of cylinder block, head andcrankshaft completely, and overflow protection device, inlet and outlet arealso equipped. In addition, this product is environment friendly due to theapplication of water-base cleaning agent, and we also supply specific machineaccording to our customer’s request. Based on the excellent performance, thisequipment is suitable for engines of mini cars, cars, light/medium/heavy dutytrucks, and high-rating generators.
