Air Shower
Air shower are necessary filtering units and are most often installed in cleanroom and other controlled environment entrances. They remove loose contaminants quickly with jets of highly filtered clean air while people or materials are passing by, ensuring the cleanliness. Air shower are widely used in clean rooms and workshops for food processing, pharmaceutical, electronics, health products, chemical and laboratory industries.
Jinyi’s cleanroom air showers are equipped with H13 or H14 HEPA-filters which feature a large air flow with very little noise. Overall materials are SUS304 or SUS201 stainless steel, and the surface is easily baked finished upon customer request.
We produce a variety of air shower specifications, including both standard and customized options. For standard options, we will delivery to assembled air showers to customers, who then only need to connect the power source. For customized showers, we deliver all needed parts along with installation instructions and videos for self-installation.
We provide a one-year warranty during which we encourage customers to contact us about any problems.
