Features of UV and Far-Infrared Dryer
1. The screen printing dryer comes with hot air heating, cool air cooling, and UV curing features. It is easy to operate, and its operation is efficient.
2. The temperature in the hot drying chamber can be freely set in a variety of temperatures, varying from room temperature to as high as 150°C.
3. This UV and far-infrared dryer is designed with a hot air circulation system. Even temperatures and air volume enables prints to dry quickly, with a small shrink rate. This ensures a high overprint precision.
4. Our tunnel dryer uses an inverter motor, step free speed regulation, and a digital display.
5. Far infrared lamps are used for heating, and the heating temperature is then controlled by an Omron temperature controller.
6. There is an emergency stop button on both the feed end and the discharge end of the machine. This makes it easy for operators to deal with an emergency situation, which improves security.
7. An air conditioner is used to that the print can reach room temperature after it has been discharged.
8. This print dryer can be set to use one or more lamps for heating according to different prints and different inks. This saves energy while also ensuring high quality print quality.
9. The conveyor belt speed can be adjusted easily. This makes the UV and far-infrared dryer suitable for on-line operation with a manual, semi-automatic or fully automatic screen printing machine.
