Sintered Wire Mesh
The sintered wire mesh is a new filter material made of a multi-layer stainless steel wire mesh via a sequential laminating and vacuum sintering process. The material features a stable filtering accuracy, high strength and easy to clean structure. It overcomes a number of problems found with traditional metal wire cloth, such as a low strength, poor rigidity, unstable mesh shape. We can also carry out reasonable matching and design of the material mesh size, permeability, abrasion resistance, heat resistance and machinability. The stainless steel material, size and other factors can all be customized according to customer requirements.
The sintered wire mesh is normally divided into 5 layers. This filtering material features a uniform and stable filtering accuracy, relatively high strength and rigidity. It is an ideal filtering material for conditions requiring high compressive strength and uniform filtration grade. The filtering mechanism is a surface layer filtration and the mesh channel is smooth, thus giving the mesh an outstanding back-washing and regeneration function, which means that it can be used repeatedly for long time. The sintered wire mesh is easy to shape, be machined, and welded. It can be machined into various filtering element shapes, including round, cylindrical and cone corrugated elements.
Features- The sintered wire mesh features a high strength and excellent rigidity: it has a relatively high mechanical strength and compressive strength. The machining, welding and assembling performance are all outstanding to ensure a perfect application.
- Wide application environment: it can be used under -200℃~600℃ and acid or alkaline environments.
- Superior cleaning performance: it can be cleaned via reverse water flow and ultrasonic methods. The cleaning effect is remarkable so that the mesh can be used repeatedly.
