Rag Tearing Machine
Textile opening machine is used to process the materials like leftover fabric scraps and waste garment into smashed cotton batting. Cutting machine is needed to cut the waste materials into small pieces first for large size materials. Considering that the materials need to be processed may contain impurities, we can redesign the textile opening machine for removing impurities and raw material mixing in the opening process. For example, if the fiber contains metal debris, we will equip magnetic roller at the entrance for removing the metal debris and protect the roller from the damage caused by metal debris.
