The SMART-HMS330 label machine can offer a cost-effective solution for label slitting, rewinding and 100% offline inspection.
1. An optical camera detects and records all defects during the rewinding process.
2. A quality data management system, also called PrintFlow Manager, works with rewinder to remove defects.
3. Automatic inspection system supports defect inspection and final report editing.
4. Data synchronization between inspection system and Won series rewinder enables easy removal and replacement of the defective labels. Then, slitting or sheeting is conducted to ensure a quality label finishing process.
