• For the vertical slitting machine, the rewinding and unwinding are on the same side. The control system operation interface is controlled directly on the upper and lower panels of the same side. The operation is easy and convenient.
• The main motor adopts a variable frequency inverter to adjust the speed.
• During operation, the tension of the material film can be adjusted automatically as the feeding material device adopts an automatic tension control system.
• The traction, impression roller is controlled by two air cylinders and its pressure can be adjusted freely.
• The edge correction device adopts synchronous motor, high precision ball thread rod, bearing steel slide and linear bearing to realize transverse motion, with movement travel up to120mm. Automatic edge correcting makes the slitting more accurate.
• The slitting operation is done using flat cutter and circular cutter. The blade of the flat cutter is dual side shaving blade. Thecircular cuttercompletes sliting through pneumatic clamping.
• The computer control slitting machine adoptsa blower to blow off the waste edge.
• The rolling shaft adopts horizontal rotating dual air shaft rolling design. The transmission connection point adopts pneumatic clutch. This makes it possible for one person to operate the machine.
• The slitting machine has an automatic meter counter which can automatically count meters and show speed during the operation.
• All guide rollers with imported anti-slip tapes avoid wire drawing caused by roller slipping.
