Application
The 1:1 variable speed dental handpiece is mainly used for removing the dental caries, drilling holes, tooth polishing and some other basic root canal therapy. When the doctors carry out removing of the dental caries, they need water to cool down during post space preparation, otherwise, the heat generated during operation will cause pain to the patients. The dental drill is also equipped with lighting device which can realize clear and accurate operation when the contra angle handpiece operates in the mouth.

• The normal contra angle handpiece can only be connected with external water pipe or adopt 3-way syringe for water spraying to realize cooling. The common contra angle handpiece has no light source. So they can only rely on the light on the dental chair. While it can't provide the effect of local lighting.
• The optical fiber contra angle handpiece requires external power source to realize oral lighting. This need external fiber optic power line which features complex function and high cost.
• The 1:1 variable speed dental handpiece is equipped with internal water spraying unit for cooling. It is easy plugging and pulling out. The handpiece features self lighting, thus realizing more comfortable, accurate and minimally invasive dental caries removing, post space preparation and tooth polishing. It can not only save the cost, but also improve treating efficiency of the doctors.

• The LEDs features constant and stable voltage, soft light which will not hurt the eyes. It will not be damaged after disinfection with 135 degree high temperature and high pressure steam. And the service life is longer. It will not be damaged for 1000 disinfection testing.
• The dental drill adopts detachable and easy cleaning machine head, modular assembling so the assemble and disassemble is convenient and quick. The operation is easy. Besides, the consequent maintenance can be carried out by yourself easily.
• This handpiece adopts push type dental cartridge with new structure. The push type central spindle is made of high strength alloy steel. The internal precisely machined three-leaf spring can ensure easy push-type bur change as well as generating sufficient clamping force after several times of quenching. The inner and outer ring of the outer sleeve of the central spindle after many times of circular grinding treatment can ensure its running concentricity, greatly improve the concentricity of the bur.
• This dental drill adopts high precision bearing from Germany. The unique angle contact bearing structure can generate centripetal force during handpiece running so that the handpiece can be more stable, quiet and generate larger torsion during high speed running.
