Capacitor Discharge Resistance Welder, 6KVA Spot Welding Machine
Capacitor discharge resistance welders are typically used for the welding of stainless steel material with thickness of 2.0+2.0mm. Its capacitor volume is 28000UF, volume of capacitance discharge is 3000J and power is 6KVA. With standard arm length of 420mm, the 6KVA spot welding machine could be used for most workpieces. Using the special capacitor from NIPPON CHEMI-CON capacitor discharge welder, it can be charged and discharged up to 3 million times with max charge voltage of 450V. For each 10V drop in the charging voltage, the life of the capacitor can be increased by 500,000 times (e.g. when the capacitor is charged with 440V, it can be discharged 3.5 million times and increase in turn).
