SPT CO2 focusing lens adopts USA-imported CVD ZnSe, which features low absorption and is bale to bear higher laser energy density. The focusing lens is applied with abrasion-resistant anti-reflection (AR) coatings on both sides which provide maximum energy transmission and extremely low reflection.

There are a wide variety of AR coatings optional in the market for single, multiple or continuous wavelengths: single-layer, multi-layer and broadband coatings. The AR coating used in SPT CO2 focusing lens is designed especially for 10.6μm wavelength, with an energy transmission rate up to 99.8%.

SPT can provide a variety of economical focusing lenses to achieve the best result for laser heat treatment, welding, cutting and marking applications on any material compatible with laser processing. You can find a best fit focus lens at SPT according to your application requirements: laser power, type of material, detail level and resolution of the graphic (dpi), thickness of the material.
