Above Ground Piping System for Heating
The above ground steam piping system we engineer at WANLI PIPELINE is designed to distribute hot water, conduction oil and other fluid mediums. This system can be widely used in district heating, petrochemical, industrial manufacturing and other fields. The piping system conforms to GB/T 29047-2012 China’s national standard.

The above ground piping system for heating we engineer at WANLI PIPELINE is consisted of a steel, copper, stainless steel or PPR carrier pipe, cell closed polyurethane insulation and a spiral lock-seam steel outer jacket.
- All pipes and fittings are prefabricated at WANLI’s shop, which means that the overall time required for a project can be reduced by minimizing the risk of weather delays and reducing the required labor to install a system.
- Uncompensated laying technology, which means fewer wear and tear on accessories.
- Cell closed polyurethane foam, offering the lowest available thermal conductivity and the best natural resistance to water penetration.
- We also provide specified systems to your needs with a wide range of optional carrier pipe and protective jacket materials.
