ACP centrifugal pump has directly coupled single-impeller, enabling large flow rate and stable operation without vibration. The water pump can adjust the flow rate in a wide range without damaging the pump body. For the normal operation of the centrifugal pump, clean water or non-aggressive fluid with small solid impurities is transported. The fire pump can be used for water supply in villa, water boosting system, flow irrigation system, gardening, agricultural irrigation, and household applications.
The centrifugal pump has maximum head of 100 ft, flow rate up to 90 US gpm, and maximum suction lift of 8m. The water pump body is made with material of cast iron, and can choose to have PPO impeller or brass impeller, stainless steel shaft of 2Cr13 or SS304. The water pump can have mechanical seal with the material of carbon or ceramic, while the G or NPT threads are available for inlet and outlet. The rugged steel pump has single phase motor including starting and running capacitors, and the insulation class is F with S1 duty. The ACP pump’s medium and ambient temperatures should be ≤60℃.
