Vibratory Screener & Vibrating Sieve, ZS Series
The high efficiency screening machine is in-house developed based on the guidance of foreign experience, which overcomes insufficient capacity and problems in sieving adhesive materials. The contact area between materials and sieve frame are made with stainless steel, making it applied for continuous screening of powder and granular materials within the pharmaceutical, chemical, foodstuff, and related industries.
The screening machine is a vibrating system featuring a vertical vibrating motor unit. There are eccentric excitation blocks up and down on the two ends of principal axis. The blocks will be fixed on the motor axis. The weight of eccentric excitation blocks is adjustable depending on different materials, making the screnner adapted to sieving all types of materials. The material vibration is driven by both horizontal centrifugal force and vertical force, bringing better vibrating results.
