Grinding Machine
Our company has 37 grinding machines, including an optical profile grinder from the Japanese company WAIDA, other surface grinders from Japan, a jig grinder from the America, and surface grinders from Taiwan. The largest grinder stroke is 2000mm*800mm.
The optical profile grinder is a machine that features high speed and high accuracy, traditionally for curved surfaces with high precision requirements.
The American Moore jig grinder is a manual machine tool used for grinding complex shapes where an extremely high precision is required. It operates via a high-speed air spindle that rotates a grinding bit.
Surface grinders are a machine tool used to produce a smooth finish on flat surfaces. Lubricants are often used to cool the workpiece and wheel, with common lubricants including water-soluble chemical fluids, water-soluble oils, synthetic oils, and petroleum-based oils.
The internal and external cylindrical grinder is a grinding machine used for grinding inner and outer surfaces of a cylinder or cone.
