GR160 alternator is of Gloria brand brushless alternator, which can cooperate with diesel engine to support industrial appliances like oil field, mining, railway, coal, etc., or commercial appliances like communication, real estate, shopping mall, etc.

1. Material guarantee
The stator and the rotor are all made of WISCO 800 grade silicon steel sheet.
All the copper wires adopt Superior Essex wire.
As for the insulating material, it is selected from German brand Elantas, and then is painted resin glue, vacuum insulating paint, and mildew resistant paint, and the final products are respectively the Elantas highest level of epoxy E300, epoxy EIP5070 and solvent-based alkyd resin paint VA42.

2. First-class insulation process
We adopts CNC vacuum pressure impregnated with varnish equipment(VPI) to conduct preheating, 100KPa vacuum maintaining pressure to eliminate bubbles, 100KPa vacuum maintaining pressure for primary insulating painting, 450KPa positive maintaining pressure for secondary deep insulation, 160 degree constant temperature baking and other six processes so that the insulation level reached 500MΩ-∞.

3. Strict factory test
Our factory has large scale feedback motor load testing center to fully record the operation index of the alternator before delivery. To strictly control winding temperature rise, each alternator is equipped with load testing to ensure the product of 100% ex-factory pass rate under strict requirement.
