Kitchen Towel Rewinder (With Glue Lamination)
The HX-1575B kitchen towel rewinder consists of a PLC, variable frequency drive, HMI touch screen, and glue applicator. A color printer (with a choice of 1-3 colors and water-based ink) prints logos and text on the paper clearly, brightly and accurately.
Features
1. Our kitchen towel making machine loads jumbo rolls pneumatically and steadily unwinds them using stepless speed control. Users may choose from two embossing systems for different patterns on the paper.
2. During the rewinding process, paper is tightly wound around the core at the beginning and lessens near the end so that the paper and core won’t separate after a long storage time.
3. The kitchen towel rewinding machine uses advanced tail sealing technology to trim edges and evenly spray glue. The glue bonds two plies of paper together for better liquid absorption.
4. Perforation knives are high precision and relatively quiet.
5. Designed to be easy and safe to use, this kitchen towel rewinder has inching switches on either side of the machine to quickly change settings.
