Twin Line Plastic Pocket Sheet Punching Sealing Machine
The twin line plastic pocket sheet punching sealing machine is used for producing document pockets in stationery factories. This particular machine can produce two pockets at a time, thereby improving production efficiency.
Raw material unwinding, double fold molding, ultrasonic rolling point sealing, punching, foil stamping, transverse sealing and cutting are all done in an automatic one time process. Pockets produced are smooth and beautiful.
Compared to the utilization of barrel roll materials, this machine uses sheet roll materials that requires fewer roll changes and fewer splicing times, which reduces overall costs, and makes it an idea piece of equipment for stationary businesses.
The raw material used by this machine is a sheet roll material. PP sheet material is most often produced using a cast film machine or sheet making machine, giving it a better flatness and higher grade than PP barrel material produced using a blow film machine. This makes the equipment suitable for double folding and double line pocket production using PP roll materials.
