This series edgebander machine is typically built for manufacturing door frames, with a feed speed of 18-22m/min. The basic configurations include pre-milling unit, gluing unit, 6-roller pressure system, end cutting unit, rough trimming unit, fine trimming unit, scraper unit, grooving unit, buffing unit, electric lifting system and automatic lubrication system, as well as independently operated control panel to meet your diverse needs for wood panel edge banding.
This edge banding machine can accomplish direct grooving on top, bottom or sides of the door panel, it is also suitable for manufacturing wardrobe doors and aluminum edge banded doors.
