  • Transmission structure
    The transmission structure adopts planetary gear mechanism, and the hoist drum is connected to gearbox through coupling, allowing the drum to be turned directly. And it is easy to replace wire rope or change its rotating direction.
  • Wire rope tightening
    Put a P.T. screw into the hole of the drum to tighten the wire rope, it can efficiently prevent the wire rope from falling off.
  • Heavy duty brake
    Electromagnetic disc brake with wear resistant brake disc is adopted, and it features a simple structure without adjusting brake air gap. The brake can be automatically and immediately activated during power failure to efficiently control the lowering of heavy loads, ensuring operation safety.
  • Gearbox
    The gearbox is made of ductile cast iron FCD-45#, strong malleability and not easy to break.
  • Motor
    The hoisting motor with class B insulation is featured by large starting torque, small inertia and low temperature rise, suitable for frequent operation.
  • Gear
    The gears are made of high grade steel which is hardened by heat treatment and precisely processed, featuring good wear resistance, low noise, high efficiency and excellent mechanical performance.
  • Mount bracket
    The mount bracket is made of standard channel steel through welding process, applicable to be mounted in construction sites, loading docks and other workplaces.
