Homogenizing Bin (for Forage)
The MYZC homogenizing bin is a recycling, storage, and feeding system for forage used in the processing of forage grass briquetting and straw plate making. This homogenizing equipment is primarily used for storing bulk amounts of forage grass and crop stalks that are discharged out of grinding machines, then conveys them to the briquetting machine or plate making machine for downstream processing. It is an essential piece of pretreatment equipment for forage briquetting and grass plate making processes.
This foraging homogenizing bin is not only designed with a sturdy structure, and an appealing visual appearance, but it also works in a safe and reliable manner.
We have several models of the homogenizing bin, each with a different storage capacity to meet the needs of forage processing factories. You can choose the proper machine to suit your needs.

Working Principles
This forage homogenizing equipment uses an auger conveyor in the bin to horizontally convey, and convey in reverse, as well as compact bulk forage materials discharged out of the grinding machine. The compacted forage materials are then piled up in the homogenizing bin. Afterwards, the conveyor chain on the bottom of the material bin will convey the compacted forage materials to the discharge outlet of the forage homogenizing machine and the roller drums at the outlet will help discharge the compacted materials out, conveying them to other machines for briquetting and plate making.
