FL Fluid Bed Granulator
In the FL fluid bed granulator, powder is brought to a boiling point within the fluid bed, heated and mixed by filtered hot air. Then a spray binder in the fluid bed granulator makes the dry powder agglomerate into granules. Hot air evaporates moisture in the granule and the binder is solidified. This process is repeated until the ideal, uniform and porous granule is obtained.
Features of the FL Fluid Bed Granulator
1. The multifunctional granulator has a good flow process throughout the machine, good solvent properties, and no dust contamination.
3. Mixing, granulating and drying processes are completed in one fertilizer granulator.
4. The fodder granulator uses an anti-static filter bag and is safe to operate.
5. In case of an accident, an air pressure release hole keeps the user safe.
6. Because the medicine granulator has no dead corners, it's easy to feed and dispense products and clean. It meets GMP requirements.
