Polyester Water and Oil Repellent Anti-Static Needle Felt Filter Bag
The polyester water and oil repellent anti-static needle felt filter bag features a low shrinkage rate even under high working temperatures. A traditional filter bag is only able to work to temperatures reaching 130°C, and begin to shrink at temperatures higher than that, thus decreasing the filtration performance. However, Filtertex uses a special technique and manufacturing process to create a particular needle felt filter cloth that makes use of glass fiber as a scrim and utilizes polyester, heat resistant fiber, PPS and acrylic fiber.
This filter bag is known for its high breaking strength, low breakage elongation, low thermal shrinking, and its temperature resistance. It works well in environments with industrial requirements for temperatures reaching anywhere from 130 to 150°C, thus achieving a significant decrease in labor cost and operating time.
