High Viscosity 3-Screw Pump
Application:
These 3-screw pumps are used high viscosity material like asphalt, crude oils, they can used oil refinery factories, chemicals synthetics as transporting production material, and hydraulic pump to transfer the powers, and working pipelines, the pumps are self-lubrication, so they need the material have lubricating property.

Features:
The pump have heat- insulation layers with allow heat steam or water flowing inside of the heat –insulation layers
The maximum temperature ≤220℃
The viscosity 3.0-760mm³/s.
The more higher viscosity material needs to be heated to when they are transferred
The calibers of pumps are from ND40-DN300,
Maximus displacement are from 2.8m³/h--300m³/h,
These 3-screw pumps are to have long service life, low noise.
