Acrylic Needle Felt Filter Bag
Different from traditional filtration bags, the acrylic needle felt filter bag uses polyacrylonitrile as the raw material, and undergoes a needle felting process as well as a specialized water resistance treatment, ensuring a number of outstanding properties.
This type of acrylic filter sock bag has an air permeability of 14m3/min/m2, and a continuous service temperature of 125°C, with a surge temperature of 140°C. In addition, the acrylic fiber ensures a high warp and weft breaking strength.
Acrylic needle felt filter bags are widely used for dust collection, removal of waste incineration cement kiln firing processes, and welding smoke and fumes due to the following characteristics.
1. A continuous service temperature of 125°C and a surge temperature of 140°C.
2. The acid and alkali resistance falls ranges between 3 and 11 on the pH scale.
3. A relative humidity of less than 30%.
