KISS-330HF Flat-bed Die Cutter with Hot Foil Stamping Module
KISS-300HF flat-bed die cutter with hot foil stamping module have cutting accuracy up to ±0.15. This machine consist of hot foil stamping unit, electric heater unit, servos for foil feeding and delivering, while reaching stabilized rotational speed of 120m per minute.
KISS-330HF provides hot foiling system, electric heating control, and intermittent foiling, and offers continuous tension for higher efficiency and register precision performance.

Foil feeding and delivery system
Our flatbed hot foil stamping is low cost and easy to operate. It comes with independently controlled the speed for the hot foil stamping and machine. Different foil strip of diameter is allowed in order to minimize waste, maximum diameter is up to 3000m. The maximum hot stamping area is 320mm*305mm.
Slitter
Slitting station is equipped with automatic two roll slitter. Circular blade, razor blade and straight blade are available for purchase.
Female and male blades for shear slitting can be easily installed and adjusted. Six full sets of blades will be provided.
Rewinder
Rewinder with closed-loop tension control system ensures continuous stable tension, 700mm maximum rewind diameter.
Unwinder & web guiding
Unwinder with closed-loop tension control. Electronic web guide with ultrasonic.
Flatbed die cutter
