Built on a two-platen machine architecture, it incorporates a rotating platen to meet two-component molding demands. It is suitable for both single-component and two-component products. When used for single-color product production, it can achieve double the output, significantly increasing efficiency.
The rotary table is horizontal, with molds balanced and mounted on both sides of the central rotary table module. Due to its horizontal rotation, there are no significant gravity-related limitations, allowing for mass production of large two-component parts. Furthermore, it eliminates issues such as tilting wear and unstable operation often seen in vertical rotary tables due to mold weight.
